Hi!
We will be holding a mass test on Buckingham on Thursday, September 13th, at 16:30 UTC (EVE Time).
What exactly is being tested?
- EVE - DUST integration: Planet districts, planet effects, orbital strike
- EVE - DUST integration: chat channel features
- Investigation for grid not loading bug
How to connect to Buckingham for this test:
Test steps:
will be added later
16:00 Forming fleets
16:30 Start
What else should I know?
- We will be moving players to the test system (still undecided) - join the channel massmoveme for this
- Skill points will be awarded for this mass test (probably on both Buckingham and Singularity)
- Ship types will be posted later
- Read this post again tomorrow for more details!

Sorry, it is clear that this test is pretty early and it is at a pretty bad time for Americans. The reason for this timing is the need to have a LOT of devs online at the same time (mostly as DUST mercenaries).

The problem here is, that it is not possible to connect to this test server as regular DUST player.

Unfortunately we have to delay this mass test as some features are not ready for public testing and would only cause unnecessary confusion, problems during the test and lots of worthless bugreports. We are very sorry for first advertising a mass test and then delaying it, but in some cases it has to be done. 
I will keep you updated about the new date for this mass test, as soon as we have an internal decision.

The original post has been updated with details about the mass test. It will happen this Thursday at 20:00 UTC. Unfortunately we will not be testing the interaction between EVE and DUST, but we will include testing the district system for DUST and also faking DUST battles and orbital strikes to test their graphics. Beside this we will also take a closer look at the grid not loading problem, which is happening to some players in larger fleets.

Yeah, there is no Thursday, the 26th in September 2012. Sorry for the mistake.

Buckingham is currently down for an update, it should be up again in about 15 minutes. I'll update this post as soon as it is online.
The Launcher will display an error while Buckingham is down.

Buckingham is online again.
This is indeed no new mirror, only a bug fix for missing data.

The Launcher will display an error while Buckingham is down. So running the repair tool like it suggested was a bad idea? welp. i ran repair also. It's patching me again, so either there is a new one, or it's re-patching.
There is a small new patch. If you were repairing you will have to re-patch a bit more.
